Conflict Mineral Policy
January 27, 2017
In August 2012, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the Final Rule regarding the sourcing of conflict minerals, known as 3TG (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold), as defined in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502.
Transtronic Inc. is not the direct issuer to the SEC, but we are determined to eliminate conflict minerals and manufacture fully compliant products for our customers.
We are committed to ensuring that our products are Mineral Conflict Free by taking reasonable due diligence guidance in the supply chain to identify the presence of Conflict Mineral in manufactured products.
Transtronic Inc. works with its suppliers to ensure that the Conflict Mineral contained in the products and materials supplied to Transtronic Inc. comes from Conflict Free sources.
